Take Five With The Bear's Lionel Boyce
Plus, Paige Bueckers' New Collab Rocks

…That’s why they named Travis Scott their (anyone’s?) first Chief Visionary. He’ll be in charge of overseeing things. Just kidding, he’ll be in charge of elevating product design and making sure each pair of Oakleys looks sick as hell.
Following what they consider to be the Apple playbook, Skims is on track to have 22 storefronts by the end of this year. And they promise not to change any charging cables or ports they may sell every few years.
These tennis WAGS aren’t bothered by the acronym—maybe because as vloggers, merch designers, and former players, they’ve got their own stuff cookin’. Or because they get to watch and hang out with some of the best tennis players in the world.
The Anthony Edwards x Prada marriage is officially official. The (maybe) face of the league is now the (definite) face of the Italian fashion house, along with Riz Ahmed and Lee Dohyun. Our twin sister newsletter called it, by the way.
The trailer for season 2 of Netflix’s docuseries Quarterback is out and it looks like it’s filled with good ol’ fashioned family, faith, and football. And Jared Goff talking sh*t to Tom Brady. And WAGS rolling their eyes at their husbands. Also home burglaries. What the!
Forward this to The Bear (fine, maybe someone who likes the show).

Welcome back to Take Five, a series where our community taps in to curate the music, style, trends, and influencers that have caught their eye. From the things that inspire them to what or who we should all be paying attention to.
You’ve seen our past Take Fives, featuring big names like tennis champion, friend, and OffBall advisor Naomi Osaka, NBA funny man Blake Griffin and hoops legend, Allen Iverson.
Now, we’re switching things up a little and chatting with your favorite pastry chef. Actually, he’s not a pastry chef, he just plays one on TV. Lionel Boyce plays fan fav Marcus on The Bear, but we want to know who his fan favs are. Read his answers below and then make sure to set a reminder to binge the entire new season of The Bear starting Wednesday, June 25.
OffBall: Who would be your dream athlete to cameo on The Bear?
“Obviously Michael Jordan and it’s some sort of fever dream episode centered around his steakhouse.”

The WNBA is all about sisterhood. We don’t just mean that in a kumbaya way, either. It’s no surprise considering you have to be #built #different to be a pro hooper and these women share the same elite DNA, but it makes for some wholesome content.
The Westbelds (Maddy, 23, Phoenix Mercury) and (Kathryn, 29, Chicago Sky), are both in their first year of the W together, and they’re taking every opportunity to support each other.
Satou and Nyara Sabally (Mercury and Liberty respectively) have been besties from the jump, and they share everything. Even their tunnel walks.
We all know the Ogwumikes, of course. Nneka (Storm) is one of the foremost leaders in the league, and Chiney, while now mainly commentating on basketball rather than playing it, are changing the game for women, but they also agree feminism isn’t just for women. Nneka as president of the player’s union and Chiney from inside the booth.
Some sisters forget to take photos together and have to opt into posting auntie photos instead, like Karlie Samuelson (Lynx) with sister Katie Lou Samuelson’s (Storm) daughter, Aliya. Some sisters have big dreams of playing in the league together but for now they’ll settle for hooping on one of the best college teams in America, like Lauren and Sienna Betts.
