And Farewell To These Athletes' TikToks

…And they’re designed by some familiar designers. Ever heard of a little someone named Jack Nicklaus? His design firm and two others worked together to architect some of the kookiest courses known to man and simulator.
On “tinkered with [a] garden hose” and capitalized on bigger brands’ overlooked opportunities, to become the top dog for leisure and sport. Let us put you On. FKA Twigs (and Zendaya!) really like ‘em.
The Wii Sportsification of the Australian Open is still delighting us. You may or may not have seen that the Aussie Open doesn’t own all of its own broadcasting rights. See Carlos Alcaraz’s match point here. They even animate racquet smashes.
San Diego might be the new Roki City. He was seen working out in Padres gear. If you squint and get as close as possible to your device, you can clearly see it might possibly be him or something.
All eyes were on women’s rugby this summer in Paris as the U.S. women’s sevens secured a bronze medal. Perhaps that’s what inspired the creation of Women’s Elite Rugby.

As we all know, TikTok’s ban will go into effect on Sunday. But Mark Cuban says, despite the U.S. government telling the app, “for that reason, I’m out,” nothing will change. He, and many others, contend that users will post the same content to the 34 other social apps we are all expected to keep up with. They’re probably all right.
But that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t thank the reigning champs of TikTok. Let’s bid adieu to some of our favorite athlete accounts. cue the awards show In Memoriam music, royalty-free version.
Goodbye, Sydney Colson’s TikTok. Thank Goint Gawd, you post on Instagram, too. Thank you for starting unnecessary drama, even at the expense of your best friends, and for introducing us to Darius.
Goodbye, Ilona Maher’s TikTok. Thank you for uplifting us, making us laugh, and having your own photo as your phone case and pop socket.
Goodbye, Jared McCain’s TikTok. Thank you for the dance moves, your unwavering love of this song, and for being true to yourself no matter what.
Goodbye, UConn women’s basketball’s TikTok. Gems like this will not be the same on any other app. But maybe stick to basketball.
Goodbye, Camryn Bynum’s TikTok. Thank you for letting us relive our childhoods again and again. And again.
And finally, goodbye, Gritty and Big Ellie. Thank you for being ridiculous. And bringing hot girl energy.

Welcome back to Take Five, a series where our community taps in to curate the music, style, restaurants, trends, and influencers that have caught their eye. From the things that are inspiring them to what or who we should all be paying attention to.
We kicked off the series with tennis champion, friend, and OffBall advisor Naomi Osaka and the hosts of the Sports Gossip Show, Madeline Hill and Charlotte Wilder.
Today we’re talking to Kyle Kuzma, NBA star, fashion icon, and entrepreneur.
By far one of his coolest projects is The Kuz Kontrol newsletter. It’s Kyle’s personal monthly publication that provides fans with an unfiltered, behind-the-scenes look into his life as a professional basketball player, entrepreneur, and creative. From his latest investment to thoughts on culture’s hottest topics, Kuz holds nothing back.
Kuz, what you got for us?!
