It’s Pros vs. Joes (MrBeast's Version)

Plus, college football culture is bigger than ever

…and now, it’s a full-blown crisis. Is this how it ends for one of the greatest sports dynasties ever? Fight back, Pep.

Nike has taken its collab game to another level. This time it’s partnering with makeup royalty ISAMAYA, connecting beauty and sport through some aesthetically pleasing Air Max DNs.

Alix Earle’s boyfriend boot camp with Braxton Berrios is the best kind of hot mess. The NFL player and beauty influencer gave us a peek inside their adorable relationship.

There’s a method to the pregame fit madness. Some guys have stylists, others just go off a vibe, but they’re all trying to make a statement through their clothes.

It smells like school spirit. Mascots are all the rage. Gen-Z high schoolers are finding joy in volunteering for the most nameless, and thankless, job in sports.

Step aside, Jeopardy, this influencer wants to give you their money in the hottest new game show involving big names and six-figure paydays.

It’s MrBeast’s twist on Pros vs. Joes, recruiting legends to compete with average fans for prizes up to a million bucks. Tom Brady lost a throwing competition to a high school quarterback named Jake, while Bryce Harper lost a home run derby to an 11-year-old TikTok star. Big Justice brought the boom.

IShowSpeed was bound to be involved. His 50-meter sprint with Noah Lyles headlined the series. It was epic.

These challenges are quickly becoming appointment TV, too. College Gameday’s must-see segment used to be its picks. Now, it’s the kicks. These guest kickers turn into Brandon Aubrey with $800K on the line.

This feels like a trend that won’t stop anytime soon, with a greater chance of being successful in the digital era. Maybe it’ll be the next evolution after athlete podcasts reach their peak. Who wouldn’t want to see Anthony Edwards, the ultimate competitor, hosting one of these shows?

College football has been unprecedentedly awesome. As the regular season wraps, the sport has done the unthinkable — gone pound-for-pound with the NFL every weekend, dominating headlines and online chatter.

The stakes felt higher this rivalry week because of the playoff, producing an instant classic slate where midfield flag pants were the only way to celebrate. It started when Michigan upset Ohio State, triggering an all-out brawl replete with fists and pepper spray.

The Big Game wasn’t alone, as hate broke out in North Carolina, Florida, and Arizona. These moments trumped anything that happened in the NFL this weekend because every team thinks it has a shot.

But there was love, too. Colorado’s Coach Prime walked his sons, Shedeur and Shilo, out of the tunnel one final time.

Colorado vs. The World gets the last word on rivalry weekend. The Buffs won’t be making the playoffs, but nobody has elevated the spectacle of college football like Coach Prime. Let us count all the ways. That’s a culture change that can make even the NFL envious.
