Simone Biles gave the “Riders Up” call, these athletes and celebs turned heads in their hats, and Aaron Rodgers maybe had a wedding ring on, so lots of headlines emerged. Go off, sovereigns.
We’ll never complain about seeing more of Carmelo Anthony. For the first time in forever, the NBA is back on NBC, and Carmelo will be, too, only this time, as an a talking head. Analyst Melo loading.
Premiere League promotions are official, and the content is good stuff. Cheers rang out in bars all over Leeds, and Burnley celebrated by jamming out with Natasha Bedingfield in the locker room. Looks like the rest is actually written.
To start the W pre-season, A’ja Wilson and Nike gave us the brand spot of the year. Shot in Columbus, and directed by Malia Obama, its copywriter says she did it for Black girlhood.
