50 Years, One Allen Iverson. We Go All In.

Visit our shrine to this hoops and culture god

For many, Allen Iverson is a seminal figure in the sports culture conversation. And for one of the most influential to ever do it, one story isn’t enough.

Today we’re celebrating the original AI’s 50th birthday with ALL the best stories from the legend’s career and life.

We created the only online shrine to the icon.

One giant Museum of Iverson, beautifully curated by Brady Crotwell, with exhibits from Justin Tinsley, Russ Bengtson, SLAM, Ashtyn Butuso, Mike Sielski, Trice High, and many others.

Our genius collaborators, the designers over at Alright Studio, even created a customized version of the OffBall mascot/logo. No detail was spared.

Head on over. Be entertained. Admission is free. Check it out at OffBall.news.

But hurry. Like Iverson’s 50th birthday, the exhibit ends at midnight EST.

Here’s a little preview of our internet shrine to this hoops and culture god…

The 'Practice' remix. This should be in heavy rotation at any 50th birthday party.

The Slam 32 cover. The oral history of the cover is nearly as iconic.

The Step-Over (also celebrating its birthday!). Sorry, Ty, we had to.

Game recognize game.
